These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Colombian Crew website and services. By using this website, submitting an inquiry, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Colombian Crew is operated by AdIntel Digital Ventures LLC (New York, USA). We facilitate introductions, booking coordination, and administrative support for group trips to Colombia.

On ground services in Colombia are provided by our Colombia based service provider:

2. What we do and do not do

What we do

We provide facilitation and administrative coordination, which may include:

• Introducing you to Grupo AFBA S.A.S for itinerary planning and fulfillment

• Coordinating communication to finalize trip details and pricing

• Providing payment instructions and confirming receipt

• Organizing documentation for trip confirmation

What we do not do

We do not:

• Arrange flights or airfare

• Operate or control third party vendors in Colombia

• Guarantee the performance, safety, or availability of vendors, venues, or services

• Provide travel insurance

3. Booking documents and Exhibit A

Each booking includes a booking specific document called Exhibit A. Exhibit A contains your confirmed itinerary and commercial terms, including:

• Trip dates

• Inclusions and exclusions

• Total price in USD

• Payment schedule

• Refund and cancellation terms

• Late payment and reservation hold terms

Exhibit A varies by customer and is incorporated into your booking terms.

You must approve Exhibit A in writing before payment is requested.

4. Payments and fees

All prices are quoted in USD

Deposit allocation

The deposit you pay to AdIntel Digital Ventures LLC may include an agency fee for facilitation and administrative coordination and an amount collected on behalf of Grupo AFBA S.A.S as a supplier deposit for on ground services. Supplier deposit amounts are remitted to Grupo AFBA S.A.S for the confirmed itinerary.

Final payment is paid directly to Grupo AFBA in USD

Deposit

A deposit is required to secure reservations. The deposit amount and due date are stated in Exhibit A.

Processing fee disclosure: any payment processing fees are baked into the deposit amount and disclosed within Exhibit A.

Final payment

Final payment terms and due dates are stated in Exhibit A. Unless otherwise stated:

• The remaining balance is due 7 days before trip start date

• Final payment is paid directly to Grupo AFBA S.A.S in USD using the method they provide

5. Refund and cancellation policy

Refund terms are stated in Exhibit A. Unless otherwise stated:

• If you cancel 30 days or more before the trip start date, you may receive a full refund of amounts paid to date

• If you cancel within 30 days of the trip start date, no refund is provided for amounts paid to date, including the deposit, except where required by law or where Grupo AFBA S.A.S authorizes a refund in writing

6. Late payment and reservation hold

Unless otherwise stated in Exhibit A:

• If final payment is not received by the due date, Grupo AFBA S.A.S may hold the reservation for an additional 48 hours

• If final payment is not received within that 48 hour window, the reservation may be released and the deposit paid to date may be forfeited

7. Travel insurance

Travel insurance is not sold by AdIntel Digital Ventures LLC and is not included in payments collected through AdIntel Digital Ventures LLC.

If offered, travel insurance is provided and collected separately by Grupo AFBA S.A.S or an insurer and is governed by the insurer’s policy terms.

8. Communication consent

By submitting an inquiry, you agree that we may contact you by email, SMS, and WhatsApp for trip quoting, booking coordination, and administrative communications.

You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.

9. Third party services and assumptions of risk

Travel and activities involve inherent risks. You acknowledge and accept these risks, including risks relating to third party vendors, transportation, weather, and local conditions.

AdIntel Digital Ventures LLC does not operate or control on ground services and is not responsible for third party actions or omissions.

10. Chargebacks and disputes

If you have a concern or dispute, you agree to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue quickly.

We may use booking documents, Exhibit A, payment receipts, and communications as evidence to respond to disputes or chargebacks.

11. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

By using our site and submitting your details, you authorize us to share your information with Grupo AFBA S.A.S to provide quotes and fulfill services.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any action shall be brought in Nassau County, New York.
