Laura Forero2 years agoWhat can I say? Hi Cartagena’s beach club is where it’s at!! Kate and her team worked so hard to make this experience something out of this world!! She gave us so many surprises from having a DJ, bringing the molecular mixologists from Elixir to the center pieces in the table settings for our lunch. Like Wow the food, the drinks, the pool was everything we wanted and more! We felt like little kids playing in the water. This was one of the highlights of my wedding and the best pre-wedding event!

Angie & the team were absolute GOLD... our wedding weekend magical and the team ensured our guests were taken care of the entire time. Angie and the team exceeded our expectations... We made lifelong friends from Hi Cartagena and we can’t wait to visit again. Book them to ensure you have the wedding of your dreams!!!

It was a magical night for me and my fiancee. The pictures David took were phenomenal and the sailboat I rented was truly a beauty. The violinist was truly remarkable. I want to thank the crew for a job well done. I would highly recommend them to anyone. There was a slight inconvenience with the event but it was out of their control. I am highly appreciative of all the work done on my proposal. Blessings to all.
C Balla6 years agoI came to Columbia for the holidays with my girlfriend intending to propose to her in Bogotá. However I was surprised by her and her family with a trip to Cartagena! Needless to say this was a major surprise. Not knowing much about the old town other than it being one of the most romantic places in Columbia I was at a lose!! How can I make arrangements to surprise her when I don’t speak Spanish?. After a little research I came across the awesome team of Hi Cartagena !! We were only there for a few days and it was on a long weekend. But they came through in a big way. They arranged flowers and a private horse and buggy tour of the old town with our own local tour guid, a reserved table at a café Del Mar to watch the sunset and pop the question and a wonderful dinner at Di Silvio. Also included was a photographer to capture this momentous occasion.!! I give the team and specifically Angie two thumbs up and a big thank you for making our memories super special !! God bless

Amanda3 years ago5 stars all around! I used Hi Cartagena for my destination bachelorette of 18 people and could not have picked a better company. From day 1, planning activities was a breeze and communication was very smooth. Luisa was helpful throughout the weekend and made sure everything was perfect. When we went out, she made us feel safe and had tables set up for us before we arrived. She checked up on us and made sure the night went by seamlessly. She planned so many fun activities for us, as well as beautifully decorating our villa. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect trip and it wouldn’t have been successful without Luisa. We can’t wait to visit again!
Candiss Perkins3 years agoI planned my 40 birthday trip to Cartagena this July and Hi Cartagena made everything amazing for me. The chef was amazing the photographer was hands down the best but our concierge Jesus was everything. It was 9 ladies and between Jesus and Joseph made us feel very safe took us all around the city and made sure we made it back safe. This was one of the best girls trips I’ve ever been on and I thank Hi Cartagena(Jesus and Joseph) for that. I never had to ask for anything because Jesus made sue everything was taken care of. I would highly recommend Hi Cartagena.

Although plans shifted, I later used their concierge services during my stay in Cartagena, and the experience was exceptional. They curated a personalized itinerary that perfectly balanced fine dining, local tours, relaxation, and nightlife. From arrival to departure, the team was attentive, reliable, and genuinely hospitable, always available for any request. I highly recommend Hi Cartagena Travel for anyone planning a group celebration or seeking high-quality concierge services in Cartagena.

Non stone left unturned to provide the best experience for us both day and night. Special shout out to Cicer (concierge) and Fernando (security) for coordinating all our activities seamlessly an ensuring peace of mind wherever we went to enjoy ourselves and feel safe and looked after. 5 out of 5 Easily one of the best experiences of my life 🫡
John Toomay4 years agoOur group worked with Rob and Ivan at Hi Cartagena to book a private yacht charter. This group is A+. The yacht was beautiful, it was fully staffed, stocked with food, drinks, ice and supplies. No detail was overlooked. Their equipment is top of the line. The staff was great. They were honest, transparent and excellent communicators. Rob and Ivan are fluent in English and make sure the staff has attended to every detail. They also handled all of our airport transfers, golf outings, scuba trips, and restaurant and bar suggestions / reservations. Use them with confidence!

Although there were some hiccups in miscommunication and last minute itinerary changes, I absolutely loved the activities we did and the people we met. Everyone was incredibly hospitable and they even coordinated a surprise birthday celebration for me! Special shoutout to Manu (our food tour guide) and Daniel (our photographer) for their incredible service! Special shout out to Cicer (concierge) and Fernando (security) for coordinating all our activities seamlessly an ensuring peace of mind wherever we went to enjoy ourselves and feel safe and looked after. 5 out of 5 Easily one of the best experiences of my life 🫡

From the very first stop, Nixon brought energy, knowledge, and a personal touch that made the night both fun and memorable. He curated an amazing lineup of local spots, each with its own vibe and unique drinks, and shared great stories and insights along the way. It felt like exploring the city with a friend who knows all the hidden gems. If you’re looking for an authentic, laid-back, and fun experience — this is it. Huge thanks to Nixon for an absolute amazing time
